To upload a file for Imaging, use the browse button to find the file

on your system:

This form can be used for large files, should you wish we can also provide a standard FTP site. Please email Support for the site address, user name and password.

When using the upload utility...

Please keep in mind

Browse for up to 4 files
Select upload file when you have selected your last file
Use PKzip or Stuffit to collect your files
You must keep your browser open while uploading
When upload is complete you will get a "Thank You" screen
Email us to let us know you have completed uploading

What is the best way to send files?

We find the best way is over the internet to our FTP site or the ImageAbility Upload Utility. Some service providers (or your network administrator) may limit file size on emails.

Is there a limit on size?

The size of file you send is most likely limited by your network speed. We have successfully received files several hundred meg in size.

If you wish you may also email your file to us by simply clicking the address below.

Send your file by email to Support

Provide a description in the memo area regarding the file types, service required, delivery date and time. Include any other information you would like to in a free form fashion. Then attach your file with the method provided by your email program.

Send a disk or CD

Your file can be sent by any air or ground transportation method. We support almost any disk media system you may have as well as any operating system or application. It is recommended you use a transportation system that provides for tracking your package should it become lost. Never send your only copy of the file!
